From the Mind of an Autistic Person
My name is Anthony Tinervia, Jr. and I am the founder of Capital Keys. As a person with Asperger’s Syndrome, I have found that board games, especially educational ones, are increasingly beneficial for learning and with information retention.
The idea for Keys to the Capitals came to me in 1991. But, years passed by without progress because I had many struggles to overcome in daily life. In the summer of 2015, I read a life-changing book called, “Thinking in Pictures” by Temple Grandin. It helped me to understand my symptoms better. Keys to the Capitals can benefit children of all ages and backgrounds and is a fun way to learn.

Keys To The Capitals board game aims to help children (and adults) learn the state capitals in an easy and memorable way. I am proud to use my Autistic talents to show others you can succeed in the business world. — Tony Tinervia, Founder
Because of my personal connection to Autism Spectrum Disorder I have set up a PayPal link with easy accounting and I want to donate half to Autism Speaks http://paypal.me/Anthony600 I am proud and happy with what I have accomplished and hope you will find this board game as enjoyable as I do. I dedicate this game to my 90 year old mother, whom I love and care for daily.
The future direction of my board game creation depends on the feedback I receive from Keys to the Capitals. I hope you’ll send me a quick note and let me know how you like it! If the game is well received many children will benefit. Kindly, visit the social media link on the website to like and connect with me on Facebook and Twitter and join me on this journey. Thanks for stopping by today!
